Each product is handcrafted and carefully packed before dispatch.

Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days within Pakistan.

You’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide

Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer (details shared during checkout)

Digital payment options like JazzCash / EasyPaisa (coming soon)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll review your request and offer an exchange or store credit.

For handcrafted items, minor variations are normal and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel’s journey easily.
