All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
We accept payments through:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank / Wire Transfer
Digital Payment (JazzCash / EasyPaisa) – coming soon
Orders are confirmed only after full payment (except COD orders).
⚙️ 2. Product Information
Each product is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal.
Product images on the website are for reference; minor differences may occur due to lighting and screen display.
🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery time for custom or pre-order items may extend to 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery time are shown during checkout.
🔄 4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 5–7 working days after verification.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
