 Each LARAIB CREATION piece is handcrafted  with care and attention to detail.

 Since our items are made from metal and  decorative materials, slight variations in color, finish, or texture are normal they make it   unique           

  🔄  Return & Exchange Conditions

 We aim to ensure you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how our return process works: 

1. Eligibility   

You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

   2. Non-returnable items:

Custom-made or personalized décore pieces  Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

   3. Defective or Wrong Item:

 If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

    💸 Refunds

 Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used for purchase.

 In the case of Cash on Delivery, we’ll transfer the refund amount to your bank or mobile account after verification.

   🚚 Exchange Process

 You can exchange your order for another item of the same or higher value (price difference applies).

 Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
