Each order is packed securely to protect your item during transit and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
For custom-made or personalized décor, please allow 7–10 working days for preparation.
You’ll receive a confirmation message or email once your order has been shipped.
🚚 Shipping Duration
Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days (depending on your city)
Remote Areas: Delivery may take 8–10 days
Pre-orders or custom pieces: Estimated delivery time will be shared individually
💸 Shipping Charges
A flat rate shipping fee applies to all standard orders (visible at checkout).
Free shipping may be offered on promotional items or bulk orders.
Additional charges may apply for remote locations or oversized products.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive:
A tracking number via WhatsApp or email
A link to check your delivery status online
🚫 Failed Deliveries
If delivery is missed, our courier partner will:
1. Attempt delivery up to two more times, or
2. Contact you directly to reschedule.
If delivery fails repeatedly, the order will be returned to us and may require additional re-shipping charges.
